Step 1 – INSPECTION:
We will conduct a FREE Inspection of property for any and all storm damage, to assess the condition and severity of the effects. We start with the roof and work our way around the entire property including the fence, windows, garage door, gutters, siding and personal property. 

Step 2 – FILING A CLAIM:
Once the inspection is complete and we have identified significant damage from hail and/or wind, we will be happy to assist you with the filing of your claim with the insurance company while still on premises. It’s only a 10-15 minute process to get it filed. You are not obligated to replace the roof or work with us at this point.

Step 3 – ADJUSTER MEETING/INSPECTION:
Within 3-7 days of submitting a claim, an adjuster will contact you to set up a date to do an inspection. We will make ourselves available anytime the inspector is at your residence. It is very important that we are there during this process to ensure that 100% of the damages are accounted for.

Step 4 – ESTIMATE REVIEW & AGREEMENT:
Once the instance adjuster provides the estimate and scope of work we will review everything with you, and go over the project and the expectations to bring your property back to “Pre-Storm Condition”. After executing a work agreement we will schedule the work and break down the game plan. 

Step 5 – WORK EXECUTION:
In most cases, the roof installation will be a one-day process determined by the size of the home. All other repairs will be done following the roof installation, and it is out goal to get them all done in a short window of time with the best communication and professionalism.
